As specialists in PMO Consulting, we help PMO’s transition from conventional functions to adopt aspects of Lean Portfolio Management and Value Management with capability to support the organisation through a period of transition.

Governance
CCG understands governance – the key ‘should we?’ decisions – at team, initiative, project, program or portfolio level. We can advise on implementing and improving governance, in existing environments and those engaging with Lean Portfolio Management and New Ways of Working.
Planning and Enablement

Whether planning in an multi year or annual context, a quarterly business review (QBR) context, a Program Increment (PI) context or team level, our pragmatic approach ensures those that are involved understand the planning approach and play an effective role in achieving the best possible plan.

Tool selection, implementation, and optimisation
As outlined in our Tools pages, CCG is an expert in Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tools as well as Work Management Tools (Agile Tools) and BI based reporting and analytics tools.
We help customers establish their tools to enable delivery efficiency. We guide customers to a pragmatic view of those things that help effective delivery and those that dont.
We also advise on optimisation strategies where clients may have a toolset but it is poorly implemented and/or utilised. We are honest in our opinion. Our objective is to make the tool an effective enabler for the customer, not a mini industry in it’s own right.
