Core Consulting Group (CCG) was engaged by one of Australia’s largest Telecommunications providers. Our client offered a range of services as well as providing core network infrastructure.
CCG was engaged to provide Program Administration support for a board level focused program. At the time of engagement, the program was close to completing its first stage and was starting to prepare the Business Case for Stage 2. We started our engagement by streamlining the program’s administration processes and refining the analytical capabilities of the Program Management Office (PMO). We also contributed to the efficiency of the PMO by managing the Statement of Work process.
As confidence and trust in our capability built we assisted with conducting PMO driven health checks on project streams. Our analytical capability and broader experience, together with our focus on program success meant our contribution to review was well received.
The outcome of this engagement was that the program had more confidence knowing that reliable information could be provided to the business due to the increased efficiency of the PMO.
