ANZ – Project Practice
The Project Practice Manager position was created to guide the development of Project Managers within the Technical Delivery Team. The key objective was to improve project delivery through mentoring and supporting the team and raising the awareness, understanding and application of the Project Management (PiaB) and SDLC (Process Bank) processes.
Core Consulting Group was engaged to define the role, develop the Charter and assume the position until the permanent incumbent was appointed. Our approach was centred on interviewing Project Managers and key stakeholders in order to identify primary areas of concern and establishing and facilitating forums designed to promote information sharing and problem solving in relation to project issues.
