For this reason, Accumulate was chosen by Qantas Frequent Flyer (QFF) to take over the ongoing management of their online store.

Core Consulting Group was engaged to manage the project, working with personnel from Qantas and Accumulate to provide project management rigour on a project with a compressed timeframe. CCG worked to define the scope of the project, and develop the plan for what became a two phased project.

As a result of the strong up front planning and engagement, the ongoing management of the project didn’t require CCG specialist resources. CCG worked with Accumulate to up-skill an in-house resource and enable self-sufficiency in the area of project management for the second phase of the project.

Accumulate also gained knowledge and skills to allow for ongoing project management of future opportunities.
