TABCORP – IT Transformation Program
TABCORP, Australia’s largest Gaming & wagering organisation initiated an IT Transformation Program aimed at outsourcing Telecommunications and IT Infrastructure to Telstra and EDS (now HP). This program was arguable one of the largest IT programs undertaken by TABCORP and was considered key to TABCORP’s ongoing success in the marketplace. Following program initiation, TABCORP realised the need to enable PMO capability within the program to support the planning and controls functions within the program and into vendor engagements.
Core Consulting Group provided a highly capable Program Analyst to drive planning, controls and reporting capability throughout the program. The CCG analyst also ensure the program received similar visibility from vendors and actively drove improvements into deliverable acceptance processes, reporting accuracy, risk management and reporting and planning.
Core Consulting Group provided a range of standard PMO Analyst services in parallel with streamlining acceptance processes, identifying key program risks and reporting against key progress and performance metrics.
