Responsibility for ensuring project resources, from project managers to schedulers, analysts and steering committees, are well trained often resides with the PMO. We offer a range of training services that are designed to achieve exceptional learning outcomes.

- Risk Management – theory is good and relatively easy to teach and learn. Our program focus on strategies for ensuring Risk Management becomes embedded into the management of the project and is applied effectively and consistently.
- Sponsor / Steering Committee – delivered through a mentoring framework, this course develops Sponsor and Steering Committee understanding of their roles and responsibilities, methods for steering a project or program, recognising warning signs and understanding the project manager
- Governance – what does good governance mean and how it is achieved. What is the role of the PMO in governance. Our course assists decision makers in their understanding of strategy, governance structures and the practical application of both.
- Reporting – Who is the audience and what information is appropriate? This course helps PMO analysts gain the confidence to report transparently, openly and with a solid understanding of what they are reporting.
