Estimating and Cost Management
We develop Estimating and Cost Management Capability through our specialised training approach, hands on coaching and flexible delivery.
- Estimating Training focuses on key aspects of scoping, effort and cost estimation through appropriate estimate structuring, techniques, risk and uncertainty treatments, contingency and budget setting.
- Cost Management Training ensures strong cost management practices based around cost capture and analysis, accrual treatment, Estimate to Complete and Estimate at Complete. We understand the need for both year to date and at completion reporting as well as cash flow and other ad hoc reporting.
- Mentoring embeds capability into the organisation. We follow up to ensure estimating and cost management continues to be applied appropriately.
