We provide “hands on” Project Management resources as well as specialists focused on capability uplift. The “hands on” team include Project Administrators, Project Schedulers, Project Planners, Project Cost Analysts, Issue/Risk/Change controllers, PMO Analysts (the focus being on analysis rather than reporting), Project Manager and PMO Managers.
We believe our role includes leading and influencing those around us to strive for great outcomes in project environments. We are passionate about improving client capabilities and of course our own. So even in “hands on” roles, we look to try to educate, coach and improve where we can.
