Australia Post Insurance – Resource Management Implementation
Australia Post’s Application & Integration Services Group (AIS) identified the need for improved Resource Management to optimise project and business as usual work. Having reviewed the solution Core Consulting Group had provided others, AIS selected the CCG solution.
Core Consulting Group delivered a low cost, highly effective resource management solution within a compressed timeframe including, toolset populated with three months of data, business processes (resource request, allocation, update and reporting), intranet based reporting and organisational change. This implementation was carefully planned to ensure the solution was embedded into the Australia Post business.
The outcome of this engagement is that Australia Post’s AIS Group can now manage supply and demand and address potential resourcing proactively. As a result of the success of this implementation AIS have now become a service provider, offering the same solution for other areas of Australia Post.
